About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our crew. You will play a vital role in supporting our production team and ensuring the smooth operation of our shop. You will also play a large role in the installation process for various signs and graphics. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
This can be a full or part-time position and details can be discussed further in person.
Requirements
Previous Experience Not Required - Certainly helpful if you have experience in wide format printing, vinyl application, or if you know any of the ins and outs of screen printing but it's not a requirement.

Driven - Someone willing to learn different skills. There are many different tasks to be done around the shop and it can change on a daily basis.
Self Motivated - Once you learn the ropes you won't be micromanaged. Projects have deadlines and you'll be expected to do your part to make sure they're done on time.
Trustworthy - This job offers a certain amount of autonomy and because of this, it needs to be filled by someone who can be trusted to stay on top of tasks and develop a workflow that works best for them.
Team Player - Often you'll have to work in different departments when extra hands are needed on certain projects. Being able and willing to work with others to get the job done is extremely important.
Good Organization - Able to maintain an organized workspace and monitor inventory of supplies.
Familiar with basic hand and power tools - We're a creative workshop and often use hand and power tools to complete tasks. Familiarity with these tools will help get you rolling a lot faster.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Able to lift and load material onto printers (material can weigh up to 80lbs)
Willingness to work on ladders. (not usually more than an 8' step ladder but occasionally higher)
Ability to work outside - we don't do much installation in the winter and almost never during poor weather but we do often install in hot, sunny conditions.
